I received your package today and must say I was quite taken back. I thank you very much. I thought customer service like yours had long been extinct. It is nice to see that it has not. The knife you sent is beautiful and I passed it around to all the guys. I am also passing around your contact info as these guys come from ATF, FBI and military units from throughout the US and around the world. They too, are impressed with your customer service and I hope that they keep you in mind when they are searching for tactical knives and tools. I know that you are at the top of my list.
