I recently bought one of your Tactical Defense Pens and would like to say how much I enjoy using it. My job calls for a lot of writing so as you can imagine a pen comes in handy. I also appreciate the letter you included with the pen. Personal service from a company is so rare these days. It’s nice to see that it’s not a totally lost concept.
